Job summary

Technip Energies is seeking an HRIS Expert to join the team in Nanterre, France. The role supports both operational and strategic HRIS initiatives, driving improvements to processes, user experience, and service delivery across France, Germany and Belgium.

You will collaborate with global HRIS teams, Product Owners, and IT to implement enhancements, perform testing, and manage change. The job focuses on ensuring successful adoption of new functionalities and maintaining high data quality in all

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms and modules (Core HR, Recruitment, C&B, Onboarding).
• Proven ability to drive change management and system deployments in multi-country contexts.
• Strong focus on data quality, testing, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Support France local HRIS initiatives with the P&C Technology Generalist Manager for Europe.
• Lead and coordinate form/workflow solutions and UAT for new features.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex HRIS issues and partner with IT and Product Owners.
• Drive data quality improvements and coordinate testing and deployment activities.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement for new functionalities.
