Job summary

Keylime Consultants in Paris is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join an international HRIS team. You will handle day-to-day Workday support and lead project work across HR modules, collaborating with HR, Payroll and IT teams.

Responsibilities include Workday configuration, system enhancements, testing, data quality initiatives and supporting new functionality within a global HR systems landscape. Hybrid role based in Paris with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience working on Workday projects, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong configuration experience within Workday Core HCM.
• Experience supporting Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Benefits, Payroll or Absence.
• Knowledge of Workday Reporting, Security and Business Processes.
• Previous involvement in Workday implementations or enhancements.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders across countries.

Keylime Consultants are working with an international organisation that is looking to strengthen its global HRIS team with the appointment of a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst.

This role combines day-to-day support of the Workday platform with project work across several HR modules. Working closely with HR, Payroll and IT teams, you'll be responsible for Workday configuration, system enhancements and supporting new functionality as the organisation continues to develop its HR systems landscape.

You'll also be involved in testing, system improvements, data quality initiatives and upcoming HR technology projects, while acting as one of the key Workday contacts for stakeholders across multiple international business units.

This is a hybrid role based in Paris, offering a base salary in the region of €70,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Senior Workday HCM Analyst – Requirements

• Previous experience working in Workday projects, ideally in an international environment
• Strong configuration experience within Workday Core HCM
• Experience supporting modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Benefits, Payroll or Absence
• Good knowledge of Workday Reporting, Security and Business Processes
• Previous involvement in Workday implementations or enhancement projects
• Strong communication skills; confident communicating with stakeholders across different countries and functions
