UNESCO's Bureau of Human Resources Management seeks an Associate HR Officer (HR Partnerships) to manage HR partnership activities and support sponsored traineeship and JPO programs, secondments, and loans. The role reports to the Chief of Talent Acquisition and Outreach and emphasizes policy adherence and client-focused service throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant professional HR experience; at least one year international experience.
• Experience in staffing and recruitment within international or multilateral entities.
• Experience supporting change management programs.

Responsabilités

• Support and coordinate HR partnership initiatives across UNESCO sectors.
• Administer HR partnership modalities and deployment.
• Maintain relationships with donor counterparts and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate administrative, financial, and contractual processes with internal services.
• Assist recruitment, selection, and placement of sponsored personnel and onboarding processes.
• Draft and review partnership agreements with external donors; collaborate with Learning & Development.
