Voodoo, Paris-based mobile games leader, seeks an HR Legal Counsel to support the HR Ops team worldwide on hiring, onboarding, immigration, employment relationships, performance, and offboarding. You will review HR documents across jurisdictions and lead discussions with potential legal implications.

Requirements: 4+ years as a labor-law lawyer or in-house HR counsel; strong legal reasoning; autonomous; fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in labor law or as in-house HR legal counsel.
• Strong legal reasoning and documentation review skills.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Support HR Ops globally on hiring, onboarding, immigration, employment relationships, performance management and offboarding.
• Review HR legal documentation across jurisdictions including contracts, amendments, termination paperwork.
• Lead discussions or negotiations with potential legal implications.
• Support international growth: first hires in new countries, EOR vs. entity trade-offs.
• Assist VP HR in managing collective labor relations with employee representatives.

Role

• Support the HR Ops team globally on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding

• Review HR legal documentation across our jurisdictions including employment contracts, amendments, termination paperwork, etc.

• Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications

• Support international growth: first hires in new countries, EOR vs. entity trade-offs

• Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives

Profile

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law, or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment similar to Voodoo

• You have solid legal skills and reasoning

• You are autonomous, organized and structured

• You demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism

• You have outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English

• You want to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
