Voodoo, basé à Paris, recherche un Juriste Droit du Travail pour soutenir les équipes RH et les opérations internationales dans un contexte de forte croissance.

Vous rédigerez et examinerez les contrats, gérerez les questions liées à l'emploi et participerez à des négociations avec les représentants du personnel afin d'assurer la conformité et l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Qualifications

• Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en droit du travail.
• Expérience en cabinet ou in-house dans un environnement rapide.
• Capacité d'autonomie et d'organisation.
• Excellentes compétences orales et écrites en français et en anglais.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les questions juridiques liées au recrutement et à l'onboarding.
• Rédiger et examiner les documents contractuels et les accords.
• Conduire les discussions et négociations à implications juridiques.
• Soutenir l'expansion internationale (immigration, entités/EOR).
• Collaborer avec les équipes RH et leadership sur les relations du travail.

Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success. Role

• Support the HR Ops team globally on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding
• Review HR legal documentation across our jurisdictions including employment contracts, amendments, termination paperwork, etc.
• Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications
• Support international growth: first hires in new countries, EOR vs. entity trade-offs
• Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives

Profile

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law, or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment similar to Voodoo
• You have solid legal skills and reasoning
• You are autonomous, organized and structured
• You demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism
• You have outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English
• You want to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
