CMA CGM AIR CARGO in Marseille offers a 6-month HR/Labor Law internship with the HR Department to support CSE elections from protocol to vote counting. You will work on post-election arrangements and gain exposure to union negotiations and compliance.

Required: Master’s in Labor Law, Bar exam prep, and strong knowledge of the French Labor Code. 35 hours/week, starting November 2026, in a dynamic global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Labor Law or Employment Law is required.
• Bar exam preparation is preferred.
• Proficiency in French labor law and elections compliance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and negotiate the pre-electoral agreement protocol with trade unions.
• Ensure legal compliance of the protocol and prepare electoral rolls.
• Organize negotiation meetings with trade unions and coordinate with the electronic voting provider.
• Draft minutes and supervise post-election arrangements.
