CMA CGM Group invites you to join its Corporate Legal team in Marseille for a 6‑month internship. You will assist in day‑to‑day corporate matters, board governance, and major transactions, while gaining exposure to international operations and a fast‑paced legal environment.

You will work with senior counsels, support cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the group’s digital transformation initiatives, including AI tools integration.

Formación

• You are currently completing or already hold a Master’s degree in Business Law, ideally Corporate Law.
• You may be preparing for the French Bar exam (CRFPA) or training as a trainee lawyer.
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken; another language is an asset.
• You are comfortable using digital tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and Jimini.

Responsabilidades

• Support legal counsels across a diversified range including corporate matters and governance.
• Contribute to external growth projects, financing transactions and reorganizations.
• Assist with drafting powers of attorney and board minutes, and governance documents.
• Advise internal stakeholders and coordinate with external advisers and auditors.
• Conduct legal research on corporate matters and contribute to monthly newsletters.
• Maintain accuracy of the Group’s legal database and analytics.
• Support digital transformation of the Legal Department, including AI tools.
