Host Broadcast Services (HBS) in France is offering an Apprenticeship for an HR Development Assistant for a 1-year contract. You will support Learning & Development coordination, recruitment onboarding, and talent processes.

The role combines administrative tasks with data analysis and reporting to help shape workforce development. We seek students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related fields, fluent in French and English, with strong organisation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business admin, psychology or management.
• Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills.
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint experience.

Responsabilités

• Support coordination and administration of Learning & Development activities, including training plans and reporting.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of interns and apprentices, including interview coordination.
• Contribute to performance review and talent management processes with documentation and data analysis.
• Support Graduate Programme administration, participant tracking and event coordination.
• Assist HR development projects like workforce planning and competency frameworks.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and analyses while supporting activities.
