Host Broadcast Services (HBS) is a leading, independent host broadcast specialist, supporting international sports federations and broadcasters with world-class broadcast solutions. This apprenticeship role offers a flexible alternance structure, with compensation in line with French apprenticeship regulations based on age and study level.

You will join the Business Management team, assisting with day-to-day operations, developing client proposals, maintaining pipelines, and supporting market

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (SharePoint is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Support the Business Management team with day-to-day operations and project assistance.
• Assist with business development activities, including preparing presentations, proposals and client documentation.
• Maintain business development pipelines, databases and project documentation.
• Support market research, business analysis and strategic reporting.
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and support project delivery.
• Provide administrative support for procurement and supplier management activities.

Business Management Assistant (Alternance)

Apprenticeship / Alternance Contract

Flexible alternance structure depending on your school programme (e.g. 1 day at school / 4 days in the company, or 1 week at school / 2 weeks in the company)

Compensation in line with French legal apprenticeship requirements (depending on age and level of studies)

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Business Management team with day-to-day business operations and project assistance.
• Assist with business development activities, including preparing presentations, proposals and client documentation.
• Maintain business development pipelines, databases and project documentation.
• Support market research, business analysis and strategic reporting.
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and support project delivery.

Requirements

• Currently studying towards a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (SharePoint is a plus).
• Professional working proficiency in French, English and ideally Spanish.
• Previous internship experience is an advantage.
• An interest in media, sports or broadcast production is a plus, but not essential.
