Natixis invites you to join the HR Communication and Employer Branding team in Paris on a fixed-term contract as HR communication project manager. You will design and implement the HR communication strategy to develop employee engagement and promote company culture, contributing to HR systems influence.

Based in Paris (Tours BPCE) with remote work option, you will operate in an international, inclusive and collaborative environment, coordinating across channels and campaigns to support key HR

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HR communication or internal communications, preferably in an international environment.
• Degree in communication is an asset.
• English at C1 level.
• Strong campaign management and content creation experience across multiple channels.
• Autonomy, creativity, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and deploy HR communication plans in support of HR projects (inclusion, training, career, compensation, well-being), ensuring that the company’s key messages are effectively conveyed to employees.
• Supervise the creation and distribution of content in various channels (intranet, newsletters, internal social networks, events).
• Design and manage awareness campaigns, internal events and testimonials to inform, connect, retain and strengthen our talents.
• Actively monitor best practices in HR communication and propose innovative approaches.
• Actively contribute to promoting the company’s HR policy and commitments.

You are joining the Human Resources Department of Natixis, within the HR Communication and Employer Branding team under a fixed-term contract, as HR communication project manager. Your role will be essential in designing and implementing the HR communication strategy to develop employee engagement, promote our company culture and contribute to the influence of HR systems.

This position is based in Paris (Tours BPCE) with the possibility to work remotely. You work in an international, inclusive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy communication plans in support of HR projects (inclusion, training, career, compensation, well-being), ensuring that the company’s key messages are effectively conveyed to employees.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in HR communication or internal communications, ideally in an international environment.
• A degree in communication is an asset.
• Core competencies: communication strategies and issues related to employer branding and employee engagement; project management and management of communication campaigns; writing and producing content for all media; digital communication tools (intranet platforms, corporate social networks, basic graphic design tools).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening ability, creativity, proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• English at C1 level.
