PIERRE FABRE S.A. in Castres, France, seeks an HR Business Partner – Operations to align HR strategy with the needs of Quality, Operations, Supply and Manufacturing functions.

You will act as trusted advisor to managers, driving talent development, engagement and organizational change within a production plant environment. As part of a dynamic team, you will champion people measures, support transformational programs, and contribute to a high-performance culture across our industrial sites in

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human resources, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including as an HRBP in a large group.
• Experience supporting transformation and change management projects.
• Experience working in a production plant environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and develop talent.
• Proven pragmatism and effective communication across hierarchies; interest in the industrial sector.
