Linxens in Île-de-France (Levallois-Perret area) is seeking an HR Analytics specialist to manage Workday data, dashboards, and HRIS projects. You will coordinate between global and local HR teams and drive the adoption of digital HR tools while ensuring data governance and secure access to confidential data.

The role requires 5 years in HR analytics, hands-on Workday experience, and fluency in English and French; join a multicultural environment and contribute to data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HR Analytics with hands-on Workday experience.
• Masters or Bachelor's in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and JIRA.
• Experience in HRIS projects, change management, and process improvement.
• Good knowledge of HR data, reporting, and governance.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English & French.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high data quality in Workday by performing regular data audits.
• Promote data governance and secure access to confidential data.
• Standardize HR processes and data for analytics and organizational effectiveness.
• Establish data governance standards and train business users on Workday data management.
• Identify & translate HR requirements into HRIS system, and monitor requests via JIRA.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, customized reports, scorecards, and HR analytics.
• Act as key interface between Global and local HR teams for HRIS initiatives.
• Drive digital transformation and adoption of digital HR tools to improve regional processes.
