Job summary

Airbus UpNext SAS is seeking a pragmatic HR Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, startup-like incubator. You will help shape HR processes across France, Spain and Germany while being embedded in the Toulouse HR team.

The role combines operational HR tasks with learning opportunities in a small, agile team focused on a broad set of topics, with a 6-month fixed-term contract starting ASAP in Toulouse (Saint-Martin du Touch). English fluency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Digital Native: you are fluent with G-Suite/Google Workspace and have a curiosity for HR data analytics.
• Professional fluency in English is non-negotiable as it is the daily working language.
• French language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR projects aligned with 2027 priorities, including development cohorts and roll-out of professional elections in France.
• Deliver HR operations: coordinate with Reward Ops, Legal, Finance, Security, IT; use Workday, Google Suite, and in-house apps; organize HR information.
