Schroders Capital Infrastructure in Paris is seeking an Investment Intern focused on Private Equity investments. You will assist the team in origination, structuring and execution of infrastructure transactions on behalf of institutional investors, spanning essential infrastructure, energy transition and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree either completed or due to complete from leading business school, engineering school or university
• Excellent academic background
• One previous internship in one of the following areas is beneficial: M&A, Project Finance, Private Equity or Consulting
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Team working spirit – willingness to learn and to evolve in a team with a flat structure
• Interest in the Infrastructure sector

Responsabilités

• Assist team members in opportunities analysis, business plan review and due diligence, deal structuring and execution as well as management of existing investments
• Draft investment committee memos and all type of materials supporting pitch and external / internal presentations
• Run financial models and assess the impact of alternative assumptions
• Monitor market data and provide support on ESG related items
• Prepare reporting for assets under management to clients
