Job summary

Ruby Lilou in Marseille is seeking a warm, guest‑focused Host Service & Reception specialist for its new opening. You’ll greet guests, manage front desk tasks, and support self-check-in while delivering memorable service with a smile.

You will handle breakfast service, cocktails, and snacks, and help maintain an impeccable reception area. Fluency in French and English is required, with flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality frontline roles preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours.
• Reliable, multitasker with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Empathetic team player who enjoys guest interaction.
• Excellent communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the front desk and be the first point of contact.
• Assist guests with self-check-in and other front desk duties.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks and light snacks for guests.
• Oversee breakfast service and maintain buffet presentation.
• Maintain mise-en-place and stock, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Share insider tips about local hotspots with guests.
