Job summary

Radisson Blu Nice is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations, elevate guest experience, and ensure brand standards across all departments. You will collaborate with department heads to drive performance, staffing, and SOP adherence while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Fluent English is required; French is advantageous. You will oversee labour planning, onboarding during peak periods, and cross-functional initiatives to boost Food &

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day hotel operation with a strong presence across all departments.
• Driving operational excellence and ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards and SOPs.
• Supporting and developing leaders across Front Office, Food & Beverage and other operational departments.
• Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Managing labour planning, scheduling and operational resources to support business demands.
• Supporting seasonal recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives during peak periods.
• Taking ownership of operational challenges and proactively identifying solutions.
• Working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and operational results.
• Driving Food & Beverage performance, service standards and operational efficiency across multiple outlets.
