Radisson Blu Nice seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations with a hands-on approach and a focus on service excellence. You will collaborate closely with department heads to maintain brand standards, SOPs and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will guide leaders in Front Office and F&B, oversee labour planning, staffing and peak-period training, and drive performance across multiple outlets to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Visible, hands-on leader in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong operational experience within Food & Beverage.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and influence managers and teams.
• Emotionally intelligent, resilient and proactive in driving change.
• Seasonal business with evolving priorities requiring adaptability.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are advantageous.

We’re looking for an experienced and resilient Operations Manager to help drive the next chapter of our transformation journey at Radisson Blu Nice. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a visible leader at the heart of the hotel, working closely with department heads to enhance operational performance, elevate guest experience and strengthen leadership across key operational departments by:

• Leading the day-to-day hotel operation with a strong presence across all departments
• Driving operational excellence and ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards and SOPs
• Supporting and developing leaders across Front Office, Food & Beverage and other operational departments
• Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Managing labour planning, scheduling and operational resources to support business demands
• Supporting seasonal recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives during peak periods
• Taking ownership of operational challenges and proactively identifying solutions
• Working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and operational results
• Driving Food & Beverage performance, service standards and operational efficiency across multiple outlets
• Acting as the key operational decision-maker and ensuring smooth hotel operations seven days a week
