Adecco is recruiting for a Director of Hotel (H/F) in Saint-Barthélemy for a confidential luxury operator. The role combines management of an ecolodge boutique hotel and a catamaran project as a cohesive system, focused on profitability and service excellence.

Minimum 5–10 years in luxury hotels or yachting, strong leadership, and English fluency are essential; another language is appreciated. This is a CDI residential position on Saint-Barthélemy.
