Cyphoma recherche un Responsable Développement Commercial et Marketing pour conduire la stratégie de distribution et le repositionnement vers le haut de gamme. Poste rattaché à la Direction, gestion 39h/semaine, CDI cadre, rémunération fixe + variable sur objectifs.

Le poste prévoit logeage sur Saint-Barthélemy et description détaillée fournie aux candidat(e)s sélectionné(e)s pour entretien.

Qualifications

• Expérience minimum de 5 ans en développement commercial, distribution ou revenue management.
• Maîtrise des PMS et des solutions de distribution en chaîne.
• Bilingue français-anglais, autonomie et rigueur essentielles.

Responsabilités

• Concevoir et déployer la stratégie distribution, développement commercial et marketing.
• Suivre la distribution et la tarification via OTA, PMS et channel manager.
• Développer les prescripteurs haut de gamme et les partenaires yachts.
• Analyser l’activité nautique et créer des offres croisées.

Description du poste

Title : Head of Commercial Development & Marketing (H/F) — CDI framework — Housing

Family group of Saint-Barthélemy, present in the high-end hotel industry and the nautical charter, creates a position of Head of Commercial Development & Marketing.

Attached to the Directorate, you design and deploy the distribution, commercial development and marketing strategy for all activities as part of a repositioning to the high-end segment.

Your missions:

• Distribution and revenue management: direct channels and OTA, PMS and channel manager, pricing policy, reporting.
• Commercial development: high-end prescribers, agencies, concierges, yachting customers.
• Commercial monitoring of nautical activity and development of cross offers.
• Marketing and direct acquisition: site, SEO, social networks, CRM, e-reputation.

Profile:

higher education in hotels, tourism or commerce. 5 years minimum in commercial development, distribution or revenue management, including significant experience in high-end hotels. Mastery of a PMS and a channel manager. Common French and English. Autonomy and rigour are essential: the function has to be created.

Conditions: Full-time CDI, framework status, 39 hours per week. Attractive fixed remuneration with variable share on objectives. Housing made available — determining element in Saint-Barthélemy. Position to be filled quickly.
