citizenM in Paris is seeking a versatile hospitality ambassador to deliver exceptional service across reception, dining and guest support. You’ll rotate through customer service, concierge, barista and logistics tasks to create a memorable stay for guests.

Fluent English is required; French and other languages are welcome. The full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary, training, meals during shifts and global opportunities within the brand.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Assist guests at self check-in kiosks and provide information.
• Prepare and serve breakfast and meals; brew coffee or mix cocktails.
• Act as a concierge and city guide for guests.
• Maintain living room and canteen; manage food displays.
• Assist with reservations and use PMS when needed.
• Prepare meeting rooms and support events where applicable.

Your typical citizenM shift could include:

• Making sure everyone gets a warm welcome as soon as they walk in;
• Helping guests at the self check-in kiosks (we have no reception desk);
• Preparing and serving hot and cold breakfast and meals;
• Brewing delicious coffee or mixing a signature cocktail;
• Being a secret concierge to the city, answering guests’ questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop or party;
• Maintaining the living room and the canteen clean, and arranging food displays for the following shift;
• Helping our guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities (you may even get some new tech skills);
• Handling reservations in our property management system (PMS);
• Preparing societyM meeting rooms where applicable.

Typical shifts are: our hotel operates 24/7 with a rotating flexible schedule, including:

• Morning: 7:00AM-3:00PM
• Evening: 3:00PM-11:00PM
• Availability to work weekends is required!
