Clayton Homes is hiring Home Building Team Members to support production in our manufacturing setting. You’ll follow standard methods to build homes from the frame up, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, teamwork, and meeting production goals while maintaining assets and relaying material and tool needs. Strong communication and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Speak, read, and understand English.
• Versatile and able to transfer between departments when needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety practices and wear PPE; operate in a safe manner.
• Communicate safety hazards to supervision promptly.
