Clayton Manufacturing is seeking Home Building Team Members to assist in manufacturing production operations. You will follow standard production methods, maintain safety, and work toward high-quality output as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Clear and effective communication – REQUIRED
• Speak, read, and understand English – REQUIRED
• Versatility to transfer into various departments – REQUIRED
• Strong problem-solving skills – REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently and as a team – REQUIRED
• Valid Driver’s License – REQUIRED
• High School diploma or GED – REQUIRED
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings – preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification – a big plus
• Vocational certifications – a big plus

Responsabilités

• Maintain production goals as part of a team.
• Follow quality guidelines and building codes to ensure high quality.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator with planning and organizing manufacturing activities.
• Protect company assets and report maintenance needs.
• Adapt to duties as assigned.
