A manufacturing company in Versailles is seeking a dedicated individual to manage the filling and unloading of tubs in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include filling clave with tubs, checking each tub as shots are processed, and ensuring paperwork is accurately maintained. Candidates should possess mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hand tools, and a high school diploma or GED. This position requires the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a potentially challenging plant environment.

Responsabilités

• Fill clave with 3 tubs.
• Pull out the 3 tubs after 1 ½ hour.
• Check 1 tub each time a shot comes out.
• Take the tubs to final line and make sure they are full.
• Trim the other side of tubs at prepress.
• Review everything on the check paper.
• Perform a wet on test on 550 parts.
• Runs Clave.
• Assists trimming tubs.
• Responsible for their paperwork.
• Load/unload tubs at both Clave and Prepress.
• Responsible for ALL cullet boxes in their areas.
• Required to assist in training of others.
• Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards.

Specific Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Fill clave with 3 tubs
• Pull out the 3 tubs after 1 ½ hour
• Check 1 tub each time a shot comes out - takes about 10 minutes
• Take the tubs to final line and make sure they are full at the robot. Final line goes through 3 tubs in 1 ½ hours
• Trim the other side of tubs at prepress
• Review everything on the check paper, plus a flashlight check which isn't required
• Perform a wet on test on 550 parts
• Runs Clave
• Assists trimming tubs
• Responsible for their paperwork
• Take shot tubs to final line
• Load/unload tubs at both Clave and Prepress
• Responsible for ALL cullet boxes in their areas
• Required to assist in training of others.
• Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards and responsible for clean-up of work areas upon completion of tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally exposed to plant environment including noise, dust, dirt and vibrations, extreme climate changes / changes in weather
• Willing to work shift work and assist in other areas of department or site as needed.
• The incumbent must be able to work rotating 12 hours shifts.
