Richemont is seeking a Client Strategy Manager based in Paris to drive client-centric strategies for its Maisons. You will collaborate with luxury brands to understand objectives and translate insights into actionable plans, with a strong focus on high-end client engagement and CX excellence.

You will lead workshops, create visual concepts like journey maps and personas, and work with technology, marketing, and operations to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree with outstanding academic record from university or business school.
• Circa 3 years’ experience in Consulting, ideally in a leading consulting firm.
• Complemented with circa 3 years’ experience with a Retail / CRM / High End experience within a luxury Maison.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Maisons to understand their strategic objectives, business goals and client needs.
• Focus will be given to HNWI / High end client engagement strategies.
• Summarize complex and varied information from inputs into cohesive, compelling stories using presentations, KPIs and analysis.
