Job summary

Tandem Health AB is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead integrations with external partners and healthcare systems from our Paris office, coordinating with the Stockholm team on key initiatives.

You will drive complex, cross-functional programs, translate requirements into concrete designs, and ensure robust, scalable solutions while aligning with our European expansion goals. Fluency in French is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager in SaaS/healthtech.
• Strong ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Technical fluency - APIs, authentication, integrations, system design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Risk assessment from scoping through delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Product mindset focused on building the right thing.
• Native-level French speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems.
• Map external systems against our platform and propose integration designs.
• Coordinate between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders (France <-> Stockholm).
• Translate complex technical requirements into priorities, plans, and deliverables.
• Work with engineers to understand APIs and data models, ensuring robust solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, keep projects moving.
• Build processes and templates for integrations and technical delivery.
• Maintain visibility across stakeholders and communicate risks clearly.
• Support sales by answering technical questions from customers.
