IC Resources is seeking a Chief of Engineering - Semiconductor Manufacturing to lead the delivery of quantum computing hardware, from development through fabrication, packaging, testing, and shipment. You will partner with the CEO/CTO to translate technology visions into scalable, manufacturable products in a fast-paced deep-tech startup.

You will own end-to-end hardware delivery, build and grow high-performing teams, and develop strategic partnerships with fabs to co-develop processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering semiconductor hardware products, including packaged IC modules.
• Strong background in semiconductor process integration (MEMS, CMOS BEoL, wafer-level packaging, heterogeneous integration).
• Proven ability to manage fab co-development programs and semiconductor manufacturing partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end hardware delivery, ensuring products are on time and to specification.
• Build, lead, and grow high-performing hardware engineering teams.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with semiconductor fabs (MEMS, BEoL, OSAT).
• Define and execute long-term fabrication and process development strategy.
• Oversee supply chain, vendor management, and manufacturing execution.
