Job summary

Sorontar is hiring an operations leader to build and run the backbone of a fast-growing engineering organization in France. You will manage sites, IT, travel and daily admin, ensuring frictionless work as the team scales.

You will recruit and lead the operations team, automate processes, and shape procedures while aligning with French administrative rules. This full-time CDI role requires strong bilingual communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• Experience running operations for a company with industrial and engineering activities.
• Experience growing structures when scale requires organization.
• Knowledge of the French administrative framework and processes.
• Comfort with automating processes and bilingual work (French/English).

Responsibilities

• Take care of everything around the work: sites, vehicles, IT, admin, travel and events.
• Build the organization and processes of an operations team as the company grows.
• Recruit and lead the operations team, keeping friction low and delivery high.
