Lesaffre seeks an IT Operations and Reliability Manager to coordinate the Run quality across SAP, AWS, and cloud environments within the DDTech organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive observability initiatives, and oversee incident response with strong governance and cost-control focus.

The role requires 12+ years in IT production or SRE, fluency in English and French, and hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry and Grafana. This is a full-time permanent position based in France.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT production, SRE, or IT operations management.
• Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry and Grafana for production signals.
• Practice of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) in federated teams.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) for local collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Steer the Run: Drive the overall quality of the Run across the information system, track availability, performance and reliability indicators.
• Observability: Deploy and run observability stack, collect and correlate signals for engineering teams and management.
• Crisis Command: Lead major cross-team operational incidents and coordinate with Group Infrastructure lead when needed.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate Support, SAP, Infrastructure and Platform teams on hand-offs and escalations.
• Post-Incident Learning: Run post-incident analyses and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing Run improvements with responsible teams.
• Executive Reporting: Produce Run health reports including incidents, SLA adherence and cost trends.
• Maintain Governance: Contribute to ITSM governance, SLAs and standard tooling adoption.
