Swan is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape how we go to market and position our products. You will work with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Account Management to translate customer needs into compelling product narratives, and to empower internal teams with clear messaging and engaging content.

Swan is growing quickly, and this role offers the opportunity to build and scale our product marketing engine. You will create clear and engaging ways to communicate our product, translate complex information into compelling messages, and turn customer and market insights into impact.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will make Swan’s products easier to understand, easier to position, and easier to bring to market.
You will connect customer needs, market context, and product capabilities to create clear messaging and compelling product narratives. Working across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management, you will help Swan communicate its value to prospects, partners, and customers, while giving internal teams the content and tools they need to engage effectively.
Reporting to Claire, Product Lead Manager, you will join the Marketing team at an important stage in its development.
Today, the team is made up of four expertises (Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Content & Comms and Product Marketing) and will double in size over the next month!
You will work alongside a small group of smart, committed, and ambitious people who are building the foundations of a marketing organisation that will scale quickly in the coming years.
You will also be a key partner and advisor to the Sales and Account Management teams. With your ability to describe products in simple, clear, and engaging ways, you will have a strong understanding of upcoming features and releases and bring them to life for our partners.
