Job summary

K-LOVE is seeking a seasoned marketing and live events leader to guide multi-market programs, recruit and mentor staff, and manage budgets and partnerships for national tours and brand experiences. This in-office role based in Franklin, TN requires 8–10 years in marketing and live events, plus 5+ years leading teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of event and live event staff to ensure strategy across all markets.
• Recruit and develop talent; provide coaching, training and mentoring.
• Manage multi-market touring programs and brand experiences at concerts, festivals and major events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry and event partners to achieve ministry goals.
• Own activation budgets, vendor contracts, equipment resources, and logistics planning.
• Track and report performance metrics, audience engagement and sponsor deliverables.
