Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative to join our Franklin, TN location. You will greet guests, assess their needs, and offer styling recommendations to help customers find the right merchandise.

You will work with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You should be comfortable processing transactions at the register, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest, determine their needs, assist with finding merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Work with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing; keep the store clean and inviting.
• Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system; handle returns and exchanges per policy.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments and counting stock; follow safety and company guidelines.
