Grace Technology is building a scalable insurance division and is hiring a Head of Insurance to own design, economics, negotiation and long-term performance of all insurance programs. You will lead relationships with insurers, structure commercial frameworks and coordinate internal teams across product, tech and legal.

The role involves direct commercial responsibility on strategic accounts, defining standards and enabling Grace to scale across brands, countries and partners.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate or affinity insurance, within an insurer or a global broker.
• Proven experience structuring, negotiating and running insurance programs for corporate clients.
• Demonstrated involvement in complex commercial discussions or deal closures, ideally with long sales cycles.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate, run and improve Grace's insurance programs for luxury brands across geographies.
• Negotiate terms, monitor loss ratios and adjust pricing when needed.
• Lead insurer relationships, selection and scalable partnership frameworks.
• Own end-to-end deals and act as the commercial counterpart in insurance negotiations.
• Define standards, processes and operating models for Grace's internal insurance division.
