Dalma’s ambition is to become the go-to pet insurer in Europe, and we’re creating a key position: Chief Insurance Officer (CIO). You’ll own the insurance strategy end to end—from relationships with risk carriers to product vision, risk oversight and pricing supervision—and sit on the Executive Committee.

You’ll lead a team (senior actuary, pricing expert, data specialists) and collaborate with Product & Tech.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, prefer P&C or health with strong data component.
• Fluent English; French or German a plus.
• Led cross-functional teams (actuarial, data, business).
• Owned P&L or a product line.

Responsabilités

• Lead carrier relationships and pricing strategy.
• Oversee product roadmap in partnership with Product team.
• Ensure pricing and risk exposure alignment with business goals.
• Report to founders and sit on ComEx.
