Vizzia is seeking a Head of Finance to own the finance function end to end from the monthly close to profitability read across the contract portfolio. Based in Paris, you will build the data plumbing to feed reporting automatically from inventory and CRM systems while maintaining a five-day close.

You will implement live forecasting, scenario planning, and fundraising readiness as the business grows, with hands-on leadership of the finance team and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience producing financial reporting including close cycles and explaining numbers
• Experience with physical flows: inventory, purchasing, and supply to obtain reliable figures
• Ability to run a live business plan with reforecasting against actuals and price movements
• Ability to assess portfolio profitability and defend readings to leadership
• Experience leading finance teams and driving process changes in scaling organisations

Responsabilités

• Close the month on a fixed calendar
• Produce P&L and cash position within five working days of month end
• Own the monthly close and maintain a predictable calendar
• Build the data chain behind the numbers
• Link inventory and CRM data to reporting so figures arrive automatically
• Set up reporting and modelling foundations for strategic decisions
• Keep the business plan live and reforecast as sales and prices change
• Rework the plan quickly when product trajectories shift
• Own the profitability read across portfolios and contracts
• Develop contract-level profitability views across hardware, stock and deployment costs
• Advise leadership on which contracts to push based on data
• Review supplier contracts and guide clients toward longer commitments
• Build the finance function and enable team autonomy
• Run scenarios to support strategic trade-offs without slowing initiatives
• Keep the company fundraising data room ready
