Jobtailor in Paris seeks a seasoned Chief Finance Officer to own the finance function end-to-end, shaping the company’s capital structure and financial trajectory. You will run scenarios to inform leadership decisions and lead the fundraising strategy for a SaaS-driven growth phase.

You will implement robust reporting foundations, build scalable financial systems, and manage a high-performing finance team across a complex operating model.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on financial expertise required.
• Proven experience building reporting, modeling, and month-end close processes.
• Experience in businesses with complex flows: working capital, inventory, purchasing.
• Track record in a scale-up hyper-growth environment.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
• Experience preparing and running a fundraising process: advising on amount, partners, negotiations.
• Clear executive-level communication skills.
