ODDO BHF is seeking a Head of IT AI Platform to lead design, deployment, and scaling of the Group’s enterprise AI Platform. You will treat AI capabilities as a product and drive LLMOps, governance, and self-service adoption across the organization.

In this role, you will define the AI platform strategy, manage budgets, and lead AI/ML engineering teams while partnering with Data & Digital Services to ensure compliant, scalable AI across the enterprise.

• Senior AI platform leader with production experience.
• Ability to govern AI and ensure compliance.
• Strong execution and business orientation.
• Experience scaling AI across an organization.

Responsabilités

• Define and own AI Platform vision, roadmap, and operating model.
• Manage platform budget and investments.
• Deploy and maintain AI solutions including Claude, Azure Foundry, MS Copilot.
• Lead AI lifecycle industrialization (LLMOps / MLOps).
• Enable self-service AI adoption via marketplace and reusable components.
• Ensure governance, risk control, and scalability.
• Lead AI/ platform/ ML engineering teams.
• Co-lead AI transformation with Data & Digital Services.
