Photoroom is seeking a Head of GenAI Platform to define and scale the infrastructure powering our AI capabilities. You’ll lead strategy for model orchestration, inference infrastructure and foundation model training, enabling rapid shipping of AI products.

This strategic leadership role requires deep technical depth, proven people leadership, and product thinking, working with the CTO and executives to shape architecture and long‑term platform investments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading ML/AI organizations within product-focused companies.
• Experience building and operating large-scale AI platforms, including model serving and orchestration.
• Strong technical depth in Generative AI, Computer Vision or Foundation Models.
• Proven ability to grow high-performing engineering and research teams.
• Track record translating research into production systems used by millions.

Responsabilités

• Define the long-term vision and technical strategy for Photoroom’s GenAI Platform.
• Build infrastructure for image/video generation, model serving, orchestration and evaluation.
• Partner with Research to rapidly deploy new models into production.
• Drive reliability, scalability and cost efficiency at scale across billions of inferences.
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of ML Engineers, Software Engineers and Researchers.
• Create an environment where ideas move from research to production quickly.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Exec leadership to align platform investments with product innovation.
