PALO IT Labs is seeking a Head of Engineering to be the operational engine of our AI engineering organization. You will translate strategy into daily execution, lead our AI engineering community, and ensure every team-client-facing or product-side-delivers at the highest standard.

You will own architectural decisions, enforce engineering governance, and drive token economics of delivery. This role requires leadership, deep AI expertise, and a track record of building production-grade AI systems.

Qualifications

• Delivered production-grade AI-first systems and led engineering teams.
• Experience in client-facing environments and complex delivery.
• Fluent English; French preferred for local collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day engineering execution across squads.
• Set and enforce engineering standards, CI/CD, incident management.
• Manage FDEs and tech leads, foster community and mentorship.
• Engage in pre-sales with technical scoping and advisory.
• Lead architecture decisions and AI-first delivery on complex projects.
