Doctolib is seeking a Head of Design Systems to lead Oxygen, the brand’s design system, within the Brand and Design team in Paris. You will own Oxygen, ensuring a consistent design foundation across Doctolib products and AI-first development, impacting millions of users globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design or design systems.
• Proven track record scaling a mature design system across multiple product teams.
• Senior stakeholder management with leadership at Director level and above.

Responsabilités

• Set the multi-year vision and roadmap for Oxygen, aligning engineering, design and brand.
• Establish cross-functional governance across Design, Product, Engineering, and Brand teams.
• Own design output quality across the product, ensuring AI-generated interfaces are on-brand at all touchpoints.
• Define and drive cross-organizational adoption, measuring metrics like adoption rate and contribution velocity.
• Manage and grow a team of design system designers and engineers, defining career paths and hiring needs next.
