Doctolib seeks a Head of Design Systems to lead Oxygen, Doctolib's design system, ensuring a consistent, high-quality foundation across product surfaces for patients and healthcare professionals.

You will shape multi-market design standards, scale AI-first interfaces, and manage a team of designers and engineers while collaborating with Brand, Product, and Engineering. Fluent in English and experienced in healthcare-adjacent contexts are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design or design systems.
• Engineering fluency: understand architecture of a design system and AI-first software engineering.
• Senior stakeholder management across large organizations.
• Data-informed, outcome-oriented with measurable system health metrics.
• Experience in regulated or healthcare-adjacent contexts, accessibility, localization.

Responsabilités

• Set multi-year vision and roadmap for Oxygen and measure its impact.
• Establish governance across Design, Product, Engineering, and Brand teams.
• Own design output quality across the product and AI-generated interfaces.
• Drive cross-organizational adoption and connect metrics to product speed.
• Manage and grow a team of design system designers and engineers.
