H Company is seeking a Head of Brand to lead the brand relaunch, define positioning and messaging, and own the Brand pillar of marketing. You will partner with Leadership, Product, Research, Sales, and PR agencies to make H a top enterprise AI brand in France, then the US.

You’ll shape a pragmatic visionary brand voice—bold yet precise—while ensuring it resonates with CTOs and builders across markets and channels.

Formación

• 5+ years leading brand, marketing or communications for a B2B SaaS tech company.
• Led a brand repositioning or relaunch end to end with measurable impact.
• Experience building awareness among enterprise decision-makers and measuring it.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the brand relaunch: foundations, positioning, identity, tone of voice and messaging house.
• Shift the narrative from founders to product, value and customer outcomes.
• Build brand systems that adapt by market (France, UK, US) while maintaining coherence.
• Design and enforce brand guidelines across touchpoints: website, decks, events, product, recruiting.
