Job summary

H Company is seeking a Social Media & Content lead to own the public voice across social channels and content programs. You will craft audience‑focused strategies, refine tone, and manage LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Hugging Face, and developer channels.

Collaborate with Research, Product, Sales and Leadership to turn AI releases into compelling stories. You will define long-form content and campaigns, measure KPIs, and drive engagement with enterprise and developer communities across a hybrid

Qualifications

2 to 6 years of experience in social media, content or communications.
Native‑level English with excellent writing and storytelling.
Real interest in AI and ability to explain complex topics to different audiences.
Experience running campaigns and using analytics to improve them.
Comfort working across research, product, sales and leadership with little supervision.

Responsibilities

Own H Company’s voice on social media and across its content.
Define audience-targeted content strategy for social media platforms.
Run social and content strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and developer channels.
Plan and publish content weekly: posts, threads, videos, campaigns.
Turn technical releases into clear, accurate stories working with research and product.
Showcase customer use cases and enterprise workflows with the product.
