Smoore is seeking a high-impact product/marketing professional to own GTM planning for new products in Paris. You will coordinate R&D, marketing, sales, delivery and customer service to ensure timely launches and lifecycle success.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in sales, product management, GTM or product marketing, and a background in consumer electronics or structured marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; proficient English for daily communication.
• 5+ years in sales, product management, GTM or product marketing; electronics preferred.
• Experience in structured marketing organizations; hands-on GTM process building a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop formal GTM launch plans for new products based on features and positioning.
• Monitor progress and align R&D, marketing, sales, delivery, and customer service.
• Own end-to-end product business operation and track lifecycle KPIs.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and deliver market insights.
• Establish and optimize GTM workflows for cross-department alignment.
