nao Labs is seeking a GTM intern to help build distribution and business expansion for an open-source data analytics product. Location is Paris 11 with a strong autonomous role in shaping marketing, sales, product roadmap, and tech strategy.

You will work with a small founding team in a fast-paced startup, gaining exposure to data and AI tooling. Start date ASAP with a 6-month duration and potential for full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in GTM and startup context.
• Proactive with ownership and idea generation.
• Familiarity with data concepts and BI basics.
• French or English proficiency is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Strategy: Collaborate with CEO to define nao distribution strategy.
• Marketing/content: Create marketing content (social, blogs, videos).
• Customer success: Onboard customers and nurture relationships; provide support.
• Ops: Set up and improve internal tools for CRM, reporting and automation.
• Analytics: perform analytics on product and sales performance.

About

Hello, we’re nao Labs

We are building an open-source AI agent for data analytics.

We are an early stage start-up with 2 cofounders - we joined Y Combinator Spring 2025 batch and STATION F and are now based in Paris 11.

We already have a first product - AI IDE for data people - used by 100+ users.

We are now rolling out a new product - the open source analytics agent. So we’re looking for 2 people to help us build it!

We are a cofounding team with 18+ years experience in data/AI:

• Claire, our CEO, was Data Scientist at BCG Gamma, then head of data at sunday
• Christophe, our CTO, was staff Data Engineer at FreeNow, then worked as a freelance for Blablacar, Qonto. He then created his own blog and data community, blef.fr

Our product was launched this January 2026, and is used by 100+ companies in production like Alan, Spendesk, Qare, Morning.

Opportunity

We’re looking for a GTM intern. The goal of the internship is to build with us nao’s distribution and business expansion.

This internship is a unique opportunity to dive into the world of data + AI-powered development tools, and shape the future of data dev experience.

For now, only our CEO Claire works on the business development, so you’ll have huge autonomy and ownership on any initiative you want to implement. We’ll work as a team on marketing/sales/product roadmap, and you’ll be fully included in the tech strategy as well.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy: Team up with the CEO to set up the distribution strategy of nao
• Marketing/content: Create marketing content (Social network, blogging & vlogging)
• Customer success: Onboard customers on product, keep up relationship, provide support
• Ops: Set up and improve internal tools for CRM, reporting, automation
• Analytics: run some analytics on product & sales performance

What We’re Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Will to take full ownership on topics and to be proactive in suggesting ideas and solutions.
• Eagerness to get deep into the understanding of the customers, the product, and its technical details
• A first experience in data is a plus: knowledge of the modern data stack, SQL, dbt, git, BI. Experience working with AI / AI coding tools is a plus!
• Team player, and humbleness!
• French speaking is a plus
• Available to work at our Paris office

Preferred Experience

• Entrepreneurial mindset, or previous entrepreneurial project
• Experience with ops / GTM tools: CRM, automation tools
• A first experience in data is a plus: knowledge of the modern data stack, SQL, dbt, git, BI. Experience working with AI / AI coding tools is a plus!
• French speaking is a plus

Recruitment Process

Process will be: 1 interview with our CEO + 1 in-person meeting with the rest of the team.

Compensation

1400€ brut.

Mainly on-site at Paris 11, with freedom to go remote.
