JobTeaser is seeking a Founders Associate Intern to work with the JT AI Labs leadership team in Paris. You’ll split time between strategic pricing, community building, product thinking, and cross-functional operations, with ownership over projects and direct exposure to senior leaders.

You will engage with AI experts, help shape roadmaps, and develop go-to-market thinking while operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role

We're looking for a Founders Associate Intern to work directly with the JT AI Labs leadership team. You'll be the connective tissue of the team: part strategic sparring partner, part executor, part community builder, part product thinker.

No two days will look the same. One morning you'll be stress‑testing our pricing model, the next you'll be running calls with AI experts from our network, and the afternoon you'll be shaping the roadmap for a new feature. You'll have real ownership and your fingerprints will be all over what we build.

What you'll work on

• Strategy & Pricing — help structure our go‑to‑market thinking, build business cases, and sharpen our positioning as we scale
• Expert Community — animate and grow our network of domain experts; design the programs, the communications, and the workflows that make our community a world‑class asset for AI labs
• Product — participate in product discussions, challenge assumptions, write specs, and help translate vision into concrete features
• Operations — keep the team sharp: prepare key meetings, track priorities, connect the dots across workstreams
• Research — competitive landscape, market trends, user insights — you'll feed the team with the intelligence it needs to make good decisions

Who you are

• You're entrepreneurial at heart — you thrive in ambiguity and would rather figure things out than wait for a playbook
• You're genuinely into tech and AI — you don't need to code, but you geek out on what's happening in the space and can hold your own in product or technical conversations
• You're a generalist who gets things done — you can go from a strategy deck to a community newsletter to a pricing spreadsheet in the same week
• You're a sharp communicator — written and spoken, in French and English
• You have strong analytical instincts — you love structuring a problem before diving into it
• You're humble and hungry — you don't need a big title to take big ownership

Bonus: you've already built something (a side project, a student venture, a community), or you've worked in an early‑stage environment before.
