Corma in Paris is seeking a motivated bilingual intern to join the CEO's office and cross-functional teams. You will help turn ideas into measurable results in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll gain exposure to AI, SaaS, and growth strategies while working closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff, with a flexible hybrid setup in central Paris and the opportunity to stay on the team later. Based in a vibrant international setting, you’ll collaborate on data-driven decisions, go-to-market

Qualifications

• Have completed several university semesters and some relevant work experience in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its role in business.
• Speak professional French and English; working language is English.

Responsabilités

• AI & product insight: support integration of AI into product and strategy.
• Data & insights: analyse performance metrics, identify growth patterns, and help shape business decisions on new markets.
• Sales & Growth: assist prospecting new leads, support client meetings, craft pitches and demos.
• Operations & Strategy: support leadership with reporting and KPI tracking across departments.
• Contribute to go-to-market planning and investor reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate with CEO and team in a bilingual, fast-paced startup environment.

Your Day-to-Day with CEO, Héloïse and the Team

Working across teams to turn ideas into measurable results, you will experience what CEO-suite does on a day to day basis, without the hassle of being one. This internship is great for young bilingual talents looking to build their companies one day.

• AI & Product Insight: Understand how AI-enabled sales transforms business operations and help integrate it into our product and strategy.
• Data & Insights: Be data-driven, analyse performance metrics, identify growth patterns, and help shape business decisions on new markets.
• Sales & Growth: Understand how to prospect new leads, support client meetings, craft pitches and demos, and maybe take your own ownership of follow-ups that convert!
• Operations & Strategy: Support strategic operations and help the leadership team turn vision into execution. Collect and analyze client data to build and deliver actionable reports and insights. Help optimize internal processes and track KPIs across departments. Contribute to strategic initiatives such as go-to-market planning, product positioning, and investor reporting.

• ...have completed several semesters of university and have some relevant work experience in fast-paced environments (high-growth startups, consulting, finance, sales).
• ...have a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its role in business.
• ...are data-driven, feel comfortable analyzing metrics, and enjoy making informed decisions based on data.
• ...speak professional French and English (working language is English; sales activities will also be in French), this is a must have.
