efficy Group seeks a GTM Engineer to design and build internal tools, automations and AI agents for Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. You will strengthen RevOps and support business units across efficy Group, reporting to the Head of RevOps.

You’ll own the GTM tech stack, integrate systems, and drive automation with hands-on work on AI agents and multi-channel campaigns, enabling sharper targeting and faster workflows.

Formación

• 2–5 years in GTM ops, RevOps or automation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong SQL, APIs and data pipelines experience.
• Hands-on use of GTM tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Outreach or HubSpot.
• Experience with LLMs and AI workflows.
• Excellent collaboration across technical and non-technical teams; English fluency; French a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate CRM and marketing automation tools via native or API links.
• Design and ship LLM workflows and AI agents for Sales and CS.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to design and build the internal tools, automations and AI agents that give our Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams more time and sharper targeting. You’ll strengthen the technical side of our RevOps team and support business units across efficy Group wherever it’s needed. You’ll report to the Head of RevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Campaigns: Build and monitor multi-channel outbound campaigns in Lemlist, Outreach and Clay, with A/B testing, localisation and persona-driven segmentation

• Sales support: Automate lead nurturing, follow-up flows and campaign triggers for the SDR and BDR teams

• Integrations: Connect CRM, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and outreach tools via native integrations, middleware or APIs, and own UTMs, campaign IDs and tags

• AI agents: Design and ship LLM workflows and agents, and get Sales and CSM to use them (you’re always happy to demo a tool to the people who’ll rely on it)

• Data quality: Own deduplication, enrichment, segmentation and suppression, in line with GDPR and CAN-SPAM

• Reporting: Define KPIs, build dashboards in BI tools and the CRM, and improve workflows from the results

Who you are

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in GTM ops, RevOps or automation at a B2B SaaS company

• Skills: SQL, APIs and data pipelines, plus advanced use of GTM tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Outreach or HubSpot

• AI: hands-on experience with LLMs and AI workflows, with concrete projects to show

• Collaboration: you bridge technical and non-technical teams and get your tools adopted

• Language proficiency: full professional fluency in English

• French is a strong plus

• Hybrid policy: you can come to the Paris or Brussels office three days a week
