TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our Commerce team, driving growth for advertisers in verticals such as Entertainment, Telco, Travel, Financial Services and more! In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our platform and our partners, moving beyond simple account management to become a trusted business advisor.

You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to analyze complex metrics and unique platform data, translating them into compelling

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in account management/performance experience in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with hands-on experience in digital and programmatic sales.
Experience in analysing data and identifying insights to assess campaign performance.
Knowledge and understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP).
Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.
Fluent in French and English. High written and oral proficiency in French is required as this role involves working with regional clients

Responsabilités

Advertiser growth: manage long-term relationships and partner with the sales team on media strategy to scale advertiser investment and deliver against business goals.
Product adoption: drive the adoption of our multiple advertising formats and measurement solutions, ensuring campaigns are implemented using best practices while working with product teams to troubleshoot technical issues and guide platform strategy.
Data analysis & optimization: demonstrate deep analytical expertise by monitoring proprietary metrics to identify real-time optimization opportunities that improve campaign efficiency and performance.
Strategic consulting: translate performance data into actionable business insights and compelling narratives to present during business reviews and regular meetings with your clients.
