TikTok seeks a Client Solutions Manager to join the Consumer Services team, driving growth for advertisers across multiple verticals. You will serve as a strategic bridge between the platform and partners, collaborating with sales and product teams to translate complex metrics into compelling ROI narratives.

You will monitor campaigns, align platform solutions with client initiatives, and work to secure future investment by delivering actionable insights and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and performance in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with hands-on experience in digital and programmatic sales.
• Experience in analysing data and identifying insights to assess campaign performance.
• Knowledge of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP).
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.
• Fluent in French and English; high proficiency in French for regional client work.

Responsabilités

• Advertiser growth: manage long-term relationships and partner with the sales team on media strategy to scale advertiser investment and deliver against business goals.
• Product adoption: drive adoption of multiple advertising formats and measurement solutions, ensuring campaigns are implemented using best practices while guiding platform strategy with product teams.
• Data analysis & optimization: monitor proprietary metrics to identify real-time optimization opportunities that improve campaign efficiency and performance.
• Strategic consulting: translate performance data into actionable business insights and compelling narratives for business reviews and client meetings.
