Work With Island invites motivated students for a 6-month internship or a 12-month apprenticeship in Marketing. You will work as the right-hand to the Growth Outbound Manager, powering our core acquisition engine—Outbound Machine—across 8 European countries.

Under mentorship, you will learn the entire outbound ecosystem from ICP identification and multi-channel campaigns to data enrichment and growth experiments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree student in Business, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing funnel, ICP, segmentation and copywriting.
• Experience with A/B testing and basic analytics (Google Sheets/Excel) is valued.

Responsabilités

• Own and operate the Outbound Machine to fuel campaigns across Europe.
• Source, qualify and segment opportunities for Sales with a focus on ICPs.
• Distribute tasks to Sales and enable up to 150 targeted calls per week.
• Design growth experiments and collaborate with Marketing and Sales for data-driven improvements.
